As the ceiling is very high up, there is a mirror in the aisle to enable visitors to view it without straining their necks! These bosses are beautifully carved and some are elaborately decorated - such skill shown by the stone masons who produced them so long ago. There is a boss at floor level which enables us to see just how big they are and makes one wonder how they managed to move such heavy objects so high up, and just how heavy the ceiling must be. Quite amazing.
Using the zoom on the camera, we were able to take these shots of the bosses in detail -very impressive for a 'point and shoot' camera. Some photographs are a little blurred.
