The Pulpit at Christ Church, Swindon, Wiltshire



The pulpit is to the left of the entrance from the nave into the chancel.  It is made of marble and alabaster and elaborately carved, matching other objects in the building.  It was erected by Jessie and Pleydell Goddard on Ascension Day 1908 in memory of their parents Ambrose Lethbridge and Charlotte Goddard.
