2/6 The Parade is located in the main shopping area of Swindon. The Parade was opened in the early 1960s and in more recent years this part of it has been redeveloped. On this particular site we remember three different buildings - that's a lot of change in a relatively short time. Our first memory is it being a supermarket - FineFare. In its latest form it covers units 2-10 as one larger store.
