Unfortunately the inscription on these kerb stones had a lot of grass covering them.  We did manage to capture some of the text so we do know who it is dedicated to.

On one stone the name Joseph Bennett can be read but then some missing detail, and it ends with part of a date - 1975 or 1978.

The other side is also difficult to see, but we think this is what some of it says:
