The Church of St. Mary, Lydiard Tregoze, Swindon, Wiltshire
As you will see from our latest photograph, this gravestone is still in good condition and the inscription can still be read despite being perhaps over 170 years old. This may be due to the proximity of another grave protecting it from the weather.
Our photographs were taken over a period of fifteen years. In September 2000 our photographs were taken with a video camera and is of poor quality but the inscription can be read. By November 2004 we had a digital camera but the gravestone had quite a few weeds in front of it and in June and August 2015 we were able to take more photographs including detail of the decoration on the stone.
