This building is a rather plain building and (dare we say) rather uninspiring.  However it has been transformed by this quirky artwork, designed by Mike Pringle.  Well done to Mike for his idea and those who made this installation happen.  As residents of Swindon we say 'more please' - anything that makes us smile as we go about our daily toils must be a good thing.

What makes it so appropriate for Swindon?  We have hundreds and hundreds of roundabouts - one of our roundabouts even has five mini-roundabouts of its own!  And nearby Stratton St. Margaret is where the Mini car panels are pressed.  Brilliant!
