The Great Western Hospital in Marlborough Road opened 3rd December 2002, taking over from the
Princess Margaret Hospital in Okus Road. The hospital cost £132 million. In 2006 the Brunel NHS Treatment Centre opened at an additional cost of £32 million.
It suffered criticism even before it opened about it being too small, and the parking can be absolutely attrocious. However, for most users, it provides an excellent facility for the health care of Swindon and Wiltshire.

GWH own website.
These photographs are roughly taken in order as if approaching the hospital main entrance and turning right then going all the way around it.
