The 'Lest We Forget' mural, along with the Poppy Commemoration Wall, were in the Brunel Centre in Swindon for some of 2014. This was a project by the 'Swindon In The Great War' team, who worked with the wider community on projects such as these during the commemorations of the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of the First World War.
The mural was bold in colour, showing a field of red poppies with a single soldier on the horizon and the words 'lest we forget'. We could not see an artist's signature or information about whom created it.
