This sculpture, by Jon Buck, is located next to the lake at the West Swindon District Centre.  Sadly this jolly artwork has not been treated well over the years and has been subjected to graffiti as well as erosion through weather.  It was originally located at the Westlea Play Park - see a photograph at:  Flickr.
