The corbels and bosses at Bishopstone are an impressive feature but our photographs of them are rather disappointing.  Most were unusable and those we have put here could be better.  The bosses on the vaulted ceilings especially were too far away to photograph easily and some were also in dark places.  If we are in the area again we will try to re-take those failed photographs.
