The Fovant Badges are just outside Fovant and are an impressive site - far larger than we imagined.  There is a well placed lay-by on the road running parallel to them where you can stop and view the badges, and there is an information board to read.  Fundraising for conservation and cleaning is an on-going project as the costs involved are vast.

Visit the Fovant Badges website for information about them - it has much better photographs than ours.  The hills undulate and we can only stand to the side of some badges, making the pictures distorted, and as they are taken from a distance they are not particulary sharp.
