The Church of St. Michael, Little Bedwyn, Wiltshire, England
We arrived at Little Bedwyn (also known as Bedwyn Parva) late on a spring evening. We did not have much time to as the light was fading, but the church was most picturesque and the stone and flint seemed to glow as the sun sunk low in the evening sky. Unfortunately we were unable to take many photographs of the gravestones as the sun was directly behind most stones, putting the inscription in shadow. The inside of the church is lovingly looked after and most welcoming, as were the people we met in the churchyard.
The church of St. Michael is a Grade I listed building - more information about the listing can be found at the Historic England website.
