The Church of St. Michael, Brimpsfield, Gloucestershire, England
The small church of St. Michael in Brimpsfield is on the edge of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. The church is a Grade I listed building - more information about the listing can be found at the Historic England website.
We first visited on a cold day in October when the leaves on the trees had started their change to the bright yellow, copper and brown colours of autumn to make the setting even more beautiful.
As the light was not good we only took a few photographs. We hope to return to take more photographs and to replace the ones which were taken with a video camera (indicated with a 'D' or 'Digi' before the photograph number) as these are of a poor quality.
Inside the church a leaflet by R. F. Butler is available which contains information about the church. It tells us most of the building was built between the 12th and 15th Centuries, with the north porch being more morder.
