These photographs were taken before and after the most recent renovations.  The most obvious change is the wall behind the pulpit has been demolished, and the archway design has been changed and enlarged.  There were many other works completed, including work to stop the damp eroding the structure.  These photographs are attempting to show you a 'before and after' view taken from the same position, but it does seem they are rather muddled to-ing and fro-ing between different years.
