Tower Ceiling of The Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Kempsford, Gloucestershire

This vaulted ceiling is quite simply a splendid work of art. It was carved in the 15th Century and re-painted in 1862. Oh to have the proper equipment to photograph this well!

At the church is a sketch of the ceiling with the names put to the crests. We have used this information to label some of the photographs we have of them.
