Our visit to Shaw was in September 2000 - a time when taking photographs of places we visited was in its infancy.  We mostly used video camera footage to capture images (which are very poor quality) because the cost of developing and printing film was expensive let alone time consuming having to then scan everything!  And although we had started taking close-up pictures of features such as gargoyles, we didn't take any of memorials or gravestones.  Updating this page some 15 years later we realise how much our work has changed and we really should re-visit Christ Church now we have better cameras and try to record much more detail.  Oh to have the time we need to re-visit everywhere we need to!
